Terms of Service

These terms cover the website at battlecrown.live, BattleCrown Verify, and the BattleCrown widget app (together, "the Services"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. What the Services are

BattleCrown Verify is a free tool that displays the public gift events TikTok publishes for a public TikTok LIVE, so viewers can compare a stream's on-screen overlay with TikTok's own feed.

BattleCrown is a set of browser-source overlays and games for TikTok LIVE creators, with free and paid tiers.

BattleCrown is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old.
You sign in with Google, Discord, Twitch, or Roblox. Keep your sign-in provider's account secure; you're responsible for activity under your session.
One person, one account. Don't create accounts to get around rate limits.

3. Acceptable use

Don't:

use bots, scripts, or automation to open streams or hammer the Services;
try to bypass rate limits, sign-in requirements, or other protections;
use Verify's output to harass, threaten, or defame anyone;
scrape or resell data from the Services;
interfere with other people's use of the Services or with the underlying infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without notice where it's necessary to protect the service or other users.

4. About what Verify shows

Verify presents a record of public gift events as reported by TikTok's live feed, from the moment you connect. It does not determine anyone's intent and does not accuse any creator of wrongdoing. Gift data can be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted by TikTok, by network conditions, or by the third-party services we rely on. Draw your own conclusions carefully, and don't treat Verify's output as proof of anything on its own.

5. Paid subscriptions (BattleCrown Pro)

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Creem, on the terms shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects your renewal.

6. Your content and ours

Your widget settings, custom colors, and uploaded assets stay yours. The Services' code, design, name, and logo belong to BattleCrown. Don't copy the Services or present them as your own.

7. Availability and changes

The Services depend on TikTok and on third-party providers we don't control. We work to keep things running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, limit, or discontinue features. Free features may be rate-limited to keep them available to everyone.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BattleCrown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, gifts, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $1 if you paid nothing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.
