This policy explains what BattleCrown collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website at battlecrown.live, BattleCrown Verify (verify.battlecrown.live), and the BattleCrown widget app. We've tried to keep it short and plain.
BattleCrown is a small, independently run project based in the United States. You can reach us at support@battlecrown.live.
When you sign in. We store the minimum information needed to identify your account — your email address or username — from Google, Discord, Twitch, or Roblox. We don't store passwords, contacts, friends lists, or other profile information.
When you use BattleCrown Verify. You enter a TikTok username. Our server connects to that creator's public TikTok LIVE and displays the gift events TikTok publishes for that stream. That gift data is the same public information any viewer of the live can see. We show it in real time and keep a short in-memory backlog for the session; we do not build a permanent archive of any creator's streams.
When you use BattleCrown. The app stores your widget settings and your channel's stats (for example, lifetime gifter levels and goal progress) so your overlays work across sessions. If you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment provider (Creem); we receive your email and subscription status, never your card details.
Technical data. Like every website, our servers see your IP address and browser type in the course of serving requests. We use this to rate-limit abuse and keep the service up, not to profile you.
We set one cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days across battlecrown.live subdomains. It contains your email address and an expiry, and nothing else. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to send marketing you didn't ask for.
We'll disclose information if the law requires it.
Verify displays public gift events from public livestreams so viewers can compare what a stream shows with what TikTok reports. It presents a record; it does not determine intent or make accusations. If you're a creator and have a concern about how your public stream data is displayed, email us.
Your session cookie expires after 30 days or when you sign out. BattleCrown Verify does not permanently store stream or gift-event data; Verify data is held only in memory while a stream is being watched and is discarded when the session ends. If you use BattleCrown as a creator, we keep your widget settings and certain aggregated channel data, such as cumulative gifter and liker statistics, levels, auction winners, and vouches, so your widgets can work across sessions. We also retain your account and subscription information while your account is active. Email support@battlecrown.live to request deletion of your account data. We will delete the data associated with your account within 30 days, subject to information we may be required to retain by law.
Our services are for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you think we have, contact us and we'll remove it.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, where it matters, note it on the site.
